Shipping & Delivery

Please note that order must be received before 1PM for same day delivery on weekdays and before 10AM on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Any orders received after the cut off time will be dispatched the following day. Delivery restrictions may apply on Public Holidays. Please check our delivery information for more details.

Delivery time’s frame for residential addresses (house, unit, and apartment) will be from 8AM to 6PM and 9AM to 5PM for business’s address. If customers want arrange delivery at a particular time, please contact our staff on 1300 851 142 and extra charges is applied. If there are any changes, our team member will contact you to notify or make alternative arrangement by phone or email.

If order is sending to a secure entrance (apartment), we will contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to collect. Therefore, recipient’s contact number is needed in this case. We will do this as discreetly as possible and won’t disclose the sender’s identity.

If order is sending to a house and the recipient is not home, our couriers are authorised to leave it at the front porch or somewhere is safe, not affecting by weathers. Please state if you wish not to leave it and contact recipient.

When order is sending to a complex building such as company, school, shopping centre, hospital, etc… please provide us as much information as possible (level, company/shop names, contact number) to avoid the delay.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our flowers, please call us at 1300 851 142 or email us at with your order number and the problem you are seeing. It's important that you contact us within 24 hours of your delivery so we can rectify the situation - either by replacing the product in time for your event or issuing a refund. We may ask that you send us a photo of the flowers that are not to your satisfaction so we can examine the underlying issue. Our team of flower experts can see if it's just an issue with the flowers being "young" and will take another day to open, or truly flowers that need to be replaced.


We take a lot of care to source and package the best flowers in the world for you. In the unlikely event your flowers are below our quality standards, we will orgarnise a replacement for you at no extra cost. Please contact us at 1300 851 142 or email us at within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All products have not included delivery charge. However, sometimes, we have promotion "free delivery" on occasions or products. Therefore, please check our newsletter or the promotion will be stated clearly on the site.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Viewing Orders

Customers may view current and past orders by accessing their order history. This can be done by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the website, the customer will be redirected to their ‘Account Dashboard.’ Click on ‘My Orders’ on the left hand side of the webpage under ‘My Account,’ and order history will be available to view.

Updating Account Information

Customers may update account information at any time. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the webpage, the customer will be redirected to their ‘Account Dashboard.’ Click on ‘Account Information’ on the left hand side of the webpage under ‘My Account’ to edit name, email address and the ability to change customer’s password. Click on ‘Address Book’ on the left hand side of the webpage under ‘My Account’ to edit default billing address and associated telephone number, and to edit default shipping address and associated telephone number.
