When do CBD Florist deliver flowers?

CBD Florist delivers flower from 8AM to 6PM for residential address and 9AM to 5PM to business address.

When is the latest I can place an order for same day delivery?

For weekdays delivery, order must be received before 1PM, and before 10AM for weekends. We do delivery on Sunday. If there is an urgent, please call our shop at 1300 851 142 and let one of our team members to help you

What suburbs do CBD Florist deliver to?

CBD Florist deliver to all Melbourne areas and suburbs. We have established of delivery suburbs we cover, and mostly on the list. However, for customers likely to order interstate or overseas, we can arrange that through our florist network.

Delivery charge is applied vary in accordance to distance. Please check our delivery page for more information

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?
-
When you place an order, please state clearly the types of addresses we are sending to. For example, if the address is house, which has no secure entrance, our courier can leave it at the front porch or somewhere safe from weather or being stolen. Or else, please state not to do so.
If the address is a complex building such as apartment, unit... our team member will contact the recipient to make sure if someone is home to pickup. Therefore, you please fill the contact details (home phone, mobile phone) of the recipient at all case.
If the order is failed to be delivered, the courier will take it back to the shop, and arrange the second delivery with an extra cost.

Have my flowers been delivered?
- If you would like to know if your gift has been delivered, please give our Call Centre a call on 1300 851 142 a day after the set delivery date. By then, we should be able to confirm with our couriers if the delivery was made.

What if I find that there is an item missing?

Please check your invoice to see if the product was out of stock and if a refund has been issued accordingly. As usual,our team member will contact you either by phone or email right away to inform the situation.
If an item is missing in the order, which you have paid for, we will immediately arrange a delivery within the day, or next day available depends on location.

What if I need to request a delivery time?

Delivery times vary based on location, date and the time you place your order. During the online checkout process, you’ll be given the option to select a delivery time. Please note that all delivery times are listed as being ‘up to or before’ the selected time. So if you want something delivered ‘by 2.00pm’ the delivery will be made anytime up to or before 2.00pm. If you want to check if a delivery time is possible, please give us a call on 1300 851 142.

Are my credit card details safe?

All information you send to us over the Internet will be encrypted. If another user intercepts the communication they will only be able to view an encrypted form. Also, We have our partner, Netregistry, scan through the site daily to ensure the secure in take.

What happens if I give an incorrect address?

Please notify us immediately and we shall do our best to rectify the situation, however we may need to charge a extra delivery fee is the incorrect address is given.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if notice is received by CBD Florist at min. 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation of order incurs a $50.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee or you may opt for the gift voucher to the full order value to be issued instead. If cancellation notice is received at less than 24 hour notice - cancellation is void. A cancellation notice must be placed in person, over the phone. Please call us on 1300 851 142.
